Health systems that see problems, act, and improve.

MuTindo turns evidence the health system already collects into accountable action, and checks whether services actually improved.

From existing systems to verified improvement

MuTindo sits alongside national systems. It does not replace DHIS2, HR, supply or registry systems; it connects what they report.

  1. ConnectReceives validated batches from DHIS2, HR, supply, quality and other systems already in use.
  2. UnderstandCompares what each facility is expected to provide with what the evidence shows it can.
  3. DetectTransparent rules flag stock-outs, missing staff, failed equipment, delayed referrals and stale data.
  4. ExplainEach finding names the constraint, where it broke and the records it rests on.
  5. ActRecommendations become actions only when an authorised person accepts them.
  6. VerifySomeone independent of the work checks the evidence before it counts.
  7. ImproveA problem is closed when the evidence changes, and MuTindo learns which advice worked.

Answers that show their evidence

Ask MuTindo answers questions in plain language, such as “Which facilities need inspection?” or “Why are medicines unavailable?”, only from evidence the person is authorised to see.

Every answer states why, the records behind it, how confident it is, and what can be done. When the evidence is not enough, it says so instead of guessing.

  • Unknown is not zero. Missing or stale data is reported as unknown, never as failure or success.
  • A complaint is a signal. Citizen reports are checked before anyone acts on them.
  • People decide. MuTindo never approves spending, discipline, transfers or clinical care.
