For hospitals and health facilities
Know what is stopping each expected service, what you are asked to fix or evidence, and what needs escalating.
Questions you can answer
- Can each service expected at this level be provided today? If not, what is missing?
- Which actions are assigned to us, and which are due?
- What evidence must we submit before work can be verified?
- Which medicines, equipment or critical staff are the constraint?
- Which problems need the district or Ministry because we cannot fix them ourselves?
What stays out of view
- Other facilities’ detail.
- The text of citizen reports about your facility: you see the type and progress, not the words, and never who reported.
- Confidential reports: a facility is not told that one exists.
What you work with
- Service readiness
- Each expected service judged against what it requires, with the root constraint named. Unknown is shown as unknown.
- Assigned actions
- Owner, deadline and status, from proposal to independent verification.
- Evidence
- Goods received notes, rosters and maintenance reports, referenced so that a verifier can check them.
- Escalation
- Constraints outside the facility, such as a national stock shortage, are labelled as such.
MuTindo shows its evidence and its uncertainty. Decisions stay with the people responsible for them.
